June 2017 Playlist

June 2017 Playlist

A month full of new releases.

As some of you may know, I’ve started doing monthly playlists this year instead of doing seasonal playlists. If you want, you can check last month’s playlist at the end of this post.

It’s been over a week since June started and there has been a lot of new releases. If you’re following me on Instagram (@jyhphotography) I usually post a few posts on my Instagram Story of my current favourite songs, like Cut To The Feeling by Carly Rae Jepsen. I’ve said it before and I will say it again: Miss Carly Rae Jepsen saved Pop Music again with Cut To The Feeling. This song has been on repeat pretty much every day since it was released at the end of May. Another song I’ve been obsessed with is Slow Hands by Niall Horan.

I’ve been loving Dua Lipa’s self-titled debut album. After being delayed in February, it’s finally here and I’m living for it. My favourite song off of her album is Garden but Be The One has been stuck in my head this past week. Sinéad Harnett’s new mixtape Chapter One is another album I’ve been obsessed with. I’ve discovered Sinéad when she released her self-titled EP last year.  And she never disappoints. My favourite songs are Still Miss YouUnconditional and So Solo.

A few albums I can’t wait to listen to this month are Witness by Katy Perry, CTRL by SZA, Ultralife by Oh Wonder and last, but not least, the one I’m most excited about: Melodrama by Lorde.

As I’ve said in previous posts, I’m always looking for new songs and artists to listen and discover, so leave me your suggestions in the comments below or tweet me. I’ll also be adding more songs to this playlist. Feel free to subscribe to the playlist so you won’t miss any update!

What’s your favourite song at the moment?

Love,

Jeff. x
