September 2017 Playlist

September 2017 Playlist

I can feel the Autumn vibes already.

As some of you may know, I’ve started doing monthly playlists this year instead of doing seasonal playlists. If you want, you can check last month’s playlist at the end of this post.

Even though we’re half through this month already, I still wanted to share with you all my playlist for this month. This month is the transition from summer to autumn. And, as long as I love warm weather and blue skies, I’m so ready for the cold, layering up season and cosy nights at home watching films.

There has been a lot of good and exciting new music releases these past few weeks and I can’t wait to share my thoughts with you all. So, without further a do, let’s get right into the post.

First things first, let’s talk about Sam Smith’s comeback. He released his new single Too Good At Goodbyes after 2 years and I’ve had this song pretty much on repeat for the past couple of weeks. And the music video is just SO beautiful. Another song I’ve been loving is Zayn’s new single Dusk Till Dawn with Sia. I’ve always been a fan from Zayn ever since he was in 1D and I think Sia is so talented with a unique voice and when I gave my first listen to this song, I was amazed. Their voices sound so good together and the music video is insane. I’ve also been really into Rebecca Black’s new EP, RE/BL. I’ve heard half of the songs of the EP before, but my favourite song of the EP is definitely Satellite. Another artist I’ve been loving recently is Sarah Close, an artist I’ve talked about on my previous playlists posts. She released a new song, Only You, and I’ve been obsessed with this song ever since I heard the snippets on her Twitter.

As for my favourite songs of this month, I’ve been loving Praying by Kesha. I know I’ve mentioned it before as well, but this song is so powerful, meaningful and always gets me. I’m really happy to see Kesha making music again. I’ve also been listening to my Lady Gaga’s Joanne World Tour Playlist, as I was attending to one of her shows in Barcelona this Friday, but the entire European leg has been rescheduled until early 2018. NGL, I was pretty devastated when I found out the news, but it’s for Gaga’s health and I’m sending her all my love and support during this hard time of her life.

As for my new discover artists/songs, I’ve been loving Khalid’s album American Teen. I still don’t have any favourite song, but I think he’s an amazing, talented artist. I’ve discovered him on Logic’s song 1-800-273-8255 with Alessia Cara.

Too good at goodbyes has been my favourite song ever since it came out! Sam Smith just has such a classic voice.
